what to do ?

i am fat. that is a fact. and i have been struggling with this bulge since ages. so masalah ni bukan masalah baru lah for me. i can do diet i can workout i can do a lot of things. cuma masalah paling utama ialah saya tak istiqamah. haa camtuh πŸ˜… sejenis culas bila bab kesihatan.

and semalam, mama ( as i fondly called my home spa lady ) komplen cakap badan makin naik nih 😒 terus rasa bagai di tusuk sembilu bisa. and the song continues. bukan laa tak bole terima kenyataan, sebab i know i am fat. cuma macam okay kau kene diet sekarang. jangan di ikut sangat tekak sat patin sat ikan bakor kome tu. camtu lah perasaan die.

so now i’m trying to change my eating habit. bit by bit.

well, this is my favorite poke bowl at Rubberduck. salmon, brown rice, Japanese cucumber, purple cabbage ( i think so ) and pickles. it tastes gorgeous. memang terus rasa healthy laa kalo makan ni. hahah masalah nya kalo belah Putrajaya / Cyberjaya / KLCC payah nk jumpa this sort of food.

maka do i need to travel to KL just to get my healthy food ? or should i DIY this kind of food kat umah ? hmm susah jugak nih. masak sambal sotong lg senang dr buat semua ni πŸ˜‚

nnt la akak pikir kan camane nk tangani masalah yg dh berkurun lama ni yee
