no sugar challenge

anak dah tido. tapi saya still berjaga. menanti stock serrose yang awesome. last two bottles dalam tangan. but sebotol tu macam iolls kena ‘beli’ dah sebab mine dah nak habis. nampak dak i pun beli stock sendiri ? tok guru kami cakap jangan rompak business sendiri, okay ?

business was off a bit since Saturday sebab we were all away. yes, we were in Ipoh. gathering, attending weeding, meeting ups and catching ups. nampak dak semua activities adalah melibatkan makanan dan most session berlaku di meja makan. #sisstress apa je makanan yang tak jumpa ? semua pn makan 😣 haishh.

and of course ni adalah entry yang berbaur penyesalan terhadap kehidupan lampau. saya bukan jenis yang cepat kurus tapi kalo nak gemok mmg sat ja. berdesup pegi nya. haih. i have issues with makanan manis 🍰🍦 dessert especially, itu laa my main kelemahan. cakes, chocolate, juices, teh tarik you name it. semua laa favorite. tapi air kosong malas minum 😒

since saya selalu membincangkan soal kesihatan kulit, maka dengan penyesalan yang ada ni saya cabar laa diri sendiri untuk minum air kosong sepanjang 30 hari. we need 21 days to make it a habit. so kita cuba 30 hari. no sugar.
